A Bug is an error, flaw, failure or fault in a computer program or system that causes it to produce an incorrect or unexpected result, or to behave in unintended ways.

KayakNav is a complex piece of software that runs multiple concurrent processes, contains custom user controls and interacts with most of the hardware in your device. It is very difficult to test every possible combination of process, and bugs may be found. If you do come across a bug, we would be grateful if you could report the following details so that it can be corrected.

  • The version of KayakNav that you are running.
  • The device that you are running KayakNav on (i.e. iPhone 6+).
  • The version of the operating system (i.e. iOS 9.3).
  • The problem you have discovered.
  • If the problem occurs on WiFi,data connection or off-line.
  • The steps that should be followed in order to reproduce the problem.
  • A copy of the GPX, KML or KMZ file that you are using for the route.
  • Any other relevant information such as the brand/version of your heart rate monitor.

We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible via email.
