Acid-Test Ratio

Acid-Test Ratio or Working Capital Ratio is a measure of short term assets to cover immediate liabilities and the higher the value the better the position. A value less than 1 indicates insufficient assets to cover immediate liabilities.

Acid-Test Ratio = Liquid Assets / Current Liabilities
